#39882 RE: SFSecurity #39880

Hi Allen, Re: v-Wave Oscillator.....................

The Oscillator is the difference between the v-Wave "smoothed" data and the current reading. So, if the current reading was 30 and the smoothed data for it was 40, that would give us a minus 10 oscillator reading. That would show that the v-Wave was dropping very quickly.

A plus sign on the oscillator indicates that risk is rising where a minus shows risk contracting. The size of the oscillator gives an idea of the rate of change. This week's minus 5 oscillator shows a very rapidly dropping v-Wave.

If everything stayed the same in the data for several weeks, the v-wave would eventually come down those five extra points and the oscillator would drop back toward zero.

Hope this helps.
