Class A Common shares are convertible into Common Class B shares at a ratio of 30 for 1.

CBIS price per share @ $0.033 , would be a good time to give the dividend from 2010 as the dividend share Class A price would be a dollar, equal to the the purchase warrant price of a dollar. Just my opinion.
