The Sept 1st date came from the PR prior to this. The company promised "on or before sept 1"

This board didnt do that, the company stated the time line for the daeal to be done.

Check the PR from 8/11...the one your quote is referring to about previously promised timeframes.

"We expect to have fully executed contracts on or before September 1, 2015, at which time we will post all information with regard to this monumental agreement."
