GOSY needs very strong earnings to pay out its 1st dividend. So I don't forsee it happening within the next 3yrs.

So how is this not "very strong earnings... ...within the next 3 yrs?"

GeckoSystems' Japanese joint venture, with Fubright and others, should see gross licensing revenues of:
- $25,920,000 in 2016;
- $176,670,000 in 2017;
- and $409,230,000 in 2018.

A dividend or uplisting is needed to shake out the NSS. Not immediately, but at some point.

Actually, they could open a new division and dividend shares too.
