The only real "Dark Pool" around PTOI consists of the millions of shares John Bordynuik illegally channeled to a motley group of pimps and CONsultants such as Hans Brost and *others* in exchange for *running* interference, for example with ludicrous nekkid shorts from Mars stories, while Bordynuik picked his marks' pockets.

to think that volume (% of actual) will show via Dark Pool

is none other than OTC Markets (2012 entry)
