You should be careful with this type of stock. I had a smilar situation last year with a stock that was a scam with(axcp) and bought it at 4.30 and after a couple of months the sec shut trading down for a couple of weeks and when it open trading again it went to .20. GHLT as far as I can tell is no different and only a matter of time before sec shuts down trading on this stock.
