this guy about helping with investing and paying off the debt or even a complete buyout if Paul & Kevin would be open to that. Lets get active people and help them find the right team in place or connections to help Paul & Kevin. We need people WHO ARE IN THE INDUSTRY AND HAVE THE CONNECTIONS ALREADY. This guy Doug and his hedge fund love buying into MMJ companies.

Cooltabby - From what I've been reading this Kevin guy is known for
reverse splitting stock and
we all know how Riss is with debt.
Shareholders pay for it and the debt never
seems to end.

It appears you are trying to misinterpret or spin PVSP's Fiduciary Responsiblility from what was actually communicated in the most recent communication to shareholders.
