PP's Analysis:
Sierra will be provided with future revenue opportunities, which are in addition to the fees and refurb work associated with the mine they just sold, and acquisition assistance with other mines. This is what folks should be buying: current and future revenue opportunities and a long term relationship with OROT.
Although there COULD be a merger in the works, it is not evident in this document. It DOES however imply a partnership at the very least.

This is what we know now (without assumption) and is certainly worth over .01 - IMO , yes even without a merger :-D

Maybe m &c metals is doing the court paperwork for the company and he has no clue about it? I just read what it says.it also said they are paying 1100000 for the mine what does that leave a shareholder?0
