I skimmed through it yesterday - busy day. I get it, now. I don't see why they're doing it, however...except to bring it to parity or just to rob it for all they can. The buys will Rubio the Athens stock and the sells will bring down the ADR pps. That can only last until they are at 1:1, though. Maybe they are just forcing the issue.
