Real PPS should be at minimum .0015 before EPS factor. Definitely oversold at .0004-.0005 and manipulated to here.

Watched a $1,200 short get covered while the guy sold his 4's for 4's Friday.

Now he will reload at 4 starting Tomorrow. Maybe? Maybe not?
