Can anyone shed some light on this video? Any idea if it's new or old? (not asking when it was uploaded to YouTube, I can seem that) Any idea who the older gentleman with white hair is? (Can be seen @ 2:20 & 3:58 into the video). It's actually, surprisingly, a well made video.

Maybe APRU can rise from the ashes?... Crazier things have happened?
