Agreed. The timing of potential FDA approvals and meetings with M&A (mergers and acquisitions) consultants are NOT coincidence IMO. The potential buyers want a piece of that FDA pie!!!!

Any acquisition of anything would likely be in CHAPTER 7 / 11 at a net value to shareholders of ZERO......

ARYC has liabilities of $7 million over all assets and that's before additional IRS exposure and large damage awards that are likely from the current litigation.
