I believe it is going to come from Private Placements....well enough of those to get whatever "potential funder" (maybe the mom/pop shop drilling company in Utah) to come forward with the property that they probably stumbled across in Utah while drilling a well, that had near surface traces of Uranium. I have no idea - always guessing here.....
