Totally depends on how many are convinced to sell. Impossible to even reach 80% inst ownership if all here never sell. Only way to raise that 17% is raise OS and sell direct before sun rises. Inst ownership may only reach 40% due to ineffectiveness of some giving improper reasons for others to sell.
