Gur, We are realistic here, we are ALL here to earn money for our present & our future. We begin to lose sight of these simplistic truths the longer we spend here, I am responsible for several investors in this issue, of course we need a PPS increase, which I wholeheartedly believe is coming sooner than later. We have been more than patient & supportive, but we are not ignorant idiots, we need some news soon & the buyers will come, "if you build it they will come!"
