I think you are correct. Each day it jumps up and has many more shares stacked in the bid compared to the ask and drops back to where it started. It typically takes weeks for it to gain and hold just a few pennies

I think it's called stock manipulation. Very little buyers right now. Need to wait on big news (such as good financials) for a proper reversal.

Like right now there's about 25K stacked on the bid vs. About 10K on the ask, yet the price doesn't move lol
