We are waiting for September 9th, when everyone goes to Court at this time the Judge should assign a Trial Date for the lawsuit. Along the way from here until the trial starts both sides will make many court filings and motions which is all a part of the pre race jockeying for position and is to be expected. We have great lawyers who did amazing at Markman... I am confident WDDD's lawyers wont get out maneuvered.
