#111032 RE: Matthew Berg #111031

You think? I'm not so sure, but we will see. I am surprised the IRS has let the payroll taxes slide this long. The fins correctly state they are accruing penalty and interest; those are based on both late payment and late filing (if applicable). Based on the fins, those are collecting at a rather disconcerting pace. Margrit admits no payments are being made, which means there is no arrangement in place with the feds relative to forestalling some action. To get the latter, the IRS will insist on a payment plan. No payments - nothing to stop action, up to and including seizure of assets (which, clearly, there are little to none at this point). Yet - she continues to operate. I have seen companies in more trouble for far less......

Meanwhile, who corals nearly $9K in bank overdrafts? WTH?? That's an awful lot of bad checks.....plus the zero cash issue. I can't see why the feds haven't taken action on the payroll thing, so that's why I question their interest in the income issue.......

Again, I expected awful numbers - a given under the circumstances. However, the Bodie piece is far worse than expected, and admitting nothing is being paid, or considered for payment, to the IRS....? Just asking to get shut down at that point. She ought to be thinking about where in Armenia she wants to live..........those items ought to be an 'oh shit' moment. No hope of recovering my investment here....looks like a tidy write-off for 2015 taxes - unless I want to skip them totally; seems to work for some folks....lol
