What was ultimately the point to buying HVEL, anyway, and turning it into NTGL?
I figured at the time that they'd just end up transferring NTEK to NTGL, screw its current shareholders, and start afresh with a relatively clean shell that might even pass an audit, given that no money has passed through it at all yet.
But that didn't happen, now they're looking to get rid of it?
Why did they do it? Did they intend to do as I suggested, and major shareholders (... cough... BIG shareholders... cough) threatened to blow the whistle on the whole thing should they attempt it?
