Who cares, Snow. They could have called it some dipshit advisory firm or they could have gone all the way and call it SAM (Siaf Asset Management). Apparently it's some kind of mix or middle road. They still don't own or control the assets, that's for sure.

We don't know what they do. But there's a lot of work to be done, that's a certainty too.

This new entity may be the result of restructuring business to improve corporate governance, which has been an issue questioned lately.

DEFINITION of 'Corporate Governance'

The system of rules, practices and processes by which a company is directed and controlled.
