We have seen many trip zero shells with HUGE OS and floats being traded all the time. SNVP has a very workable 35M historical volume and moved to over .01. 10-20M shares takes us to .001+ imo. Once scanners come up with some activity and pps move watch the interest grow. Chart is bottomed here great .0002 entry.
