I agree and anyone thats trying to trade a stock like this one to get out at 1.10 and get back in at dollars 1.00 doesn't see the big picture even if they get lucky and are able to execute this strategy.
It's not worth the missing the move up that make me contrarian to this way of trading.
Whoa Dude - it's not investors it's your lovely management led by Townley.
They will grab funds off the shelf and that means dilution (more o/s). All else being the same, PPS will drop as a result. Might as well sell and buy more when she goes back to $1.
Then you can hold for the fireworks - which WILL come. I would have handled it much differently, but lots o money will be made in due course.
How they even have the balls to do a shelf when there is 80 million from warrants to be had is above and beyond me. You should spend as much time talking to Mgt and expressing your feelings as you do on message boards pal.
Hope that's working for you. If you wait long enough, this company will most certainly pan out. In the meantime, though, there are other options while you wait.
