Yes, New Corporate Structure, 3 entities / brands directly under Minerco Resources, Inc., 1) Athena Brands, Inc. 2) The Herbal Collection™ and 3) Coffee Boost™, everything else under Athena, Brands, Inc. including Avanzar Sales & Distribution, LLC, VitaminFIZZ®, Vitamin Creamer® and Island Style™. This appears to be the new $MINE structure as shown in the "About Minerco Resources, Inc." in the PR "Minerco’s Level 5 Beverage Co.
