Someone posted saying that the govt will pay all development cost, possibly it was said on the power Africa website, I've been trying to not watch this one as much, I just put my orders in to but at .072 and waiting for the catalyst. Many will be disappointed seeing they could've gotten this world changing energy stock, I think this will be bigger then what any of us can imagine
