Anyone that has lost 95% of their investment that is on the "Sidelines" looking to get back in probably deserves to lose another 100% of their investment.

There are so many better investments out there.. You really have to question the common sense of anyone setting themselves up to be victimized over and over again by the same group.

Insiders, Treaty and promoters are all being charged by the SEC.

A name change does not change that. Same ole smoke and mirrors.
