If I remember correctly, the company issued preferred shares to him and his wife shortly before they were swapped back to the company in exchange for the atm and loan assets.

Didn't the company issue preferred shares to PLKD management recently? The same ones they are selling back to the company for the merger?

Hey, if this is Robert, do you mind telling everyone how you used investor money to fund the atm business and then basically take it private and maintain a roll in it?

Selling shares in a bogus water company seemed to be a better idea...
