Yeah Mr. Big, I'm concerned why Maxim contacted ME, Pasta, Flick, et al.

We ain't exactly deep pocket guys. What are we underfunded again? Not according to the reports. I'm not going to give MAXIM a damn bit of credit, honestly. They lost me, what 47.5% of my investment equity since the failed SQ\1?

Then I bought in more on the time we came off the shelf (only good move in this whole time).
I give a lot of credit to Hayward and his buddies, they have shored us up. None of the top guys did. So we learn.

I do think we're going to make out very well. Much better than the thought:
