Tom, no room for doubt this one is being tinkered with but again I don't understand all I know about it. :) My guess is some or someone wants to hold the pps down for short term or forever. Who knows? I sure don't. I might not be the smartest investor here but I am way ahead of number two man. :) Happy trails everyone.
