Foley is a pathological liar... hope he is getting the help he needs.. Very smart and not a bad guy, but like many bright guys, the wiring usually has some defect... his issue is that if he feels you are inferior he will try and pull the wool over your eyes.. he tried it with me and picked the wrong guy.. I called out his bluff and even is attorney had to admit, in email, that David had lied...
