Several s3 and form 4 un til shares issued complete 11 million.
First PLUG issued 4.7 million shares
Now PLUG issued 1.6 million shares at 1.85 to complete 11 million dollars.
Axane receiving shares (marking issued price 1.85, in order to calculate true up)
