International Ranger Corp. Expands Land Position Adjoining its Foghorn Polymetallic Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/20/06 -- International Ranger (PINK SHEETS: IRNG) is pleased to announce it has increased its land position by optioning the 1860 hectare "Sunrise" group of claims, adjacent to its Foghorn Polymetalic Project from a private individual. The Foghorn Project includes the Rexspar Uranium and Flourite Deposits. Ranger can ear a 100% interest in the Sunrise Property by making $30,000 in cash payments and issue 650,000 shares of its capital to the vendor, and complete $250,000 of work on the property over a 4 year period. The vendor retains a 1.5% Net smelter return of which 0.75% can be purchased for one million dollars.

The company would also like to announce it has completed a Non Brokered Private Placement of $730,000 Dollars. The terms of the offering were .12 per unit. Each unit consisted of one share and one share purchase warrant exercisable @ .20 for a period of two years. The funds will be used to further its exploration programs and for general working capital.
