Based on Molen's twitter the deal is still on and Biochar Now is taking over. It appears Molen is the one in charge of Vcor's day to day operation and he is the one negotiating the takeover.
1.Biochar Now is a private Co and wants to become Public? 2. Vencor has exclusive rights with VGPR. 3. Vencor has a sizable TAX Loss carryforward credit that Biochar could use, assuming it is a profitable company. 4. I'm not aware if VCOR still has some wood Lands as assets.
