Not sure exactly, but I imagine the opex is less than what it used to be...usually why companies innovate.

That was from the PR they released last June when Samsung gave them a small investment. I imagine that covered a majority of the capital needed? Just speculation on my part though.

Still fairly high IMO. NANOCO is still using Cadmium. Is their something wrong with their production of Cadmium free Q-Dots?

I will not be very long before the EU completely bans the use of Cadmium in "Anything".
