RE "before any significant dilution will occur from the newly authorizes share."

It's not simply the act of dilution occurring that's the problem.
It's the market knowing it's coming!
"The market" is a future discounting mechanism.
In other words, it anticipates.
EVERY time PPHM has increased the authorized they use them.
The recent ATM filing, AND the proposal for increasing the authorized are HUGE black clouds over this little stock, and it keeps buyers at bay. All you have to do is look at the path down for the share price even after positive PR's.

Bottom line, saying "the add'l shares are of little importance"
is simply not true if you care about the stock price.

What I tried to point out is the all important Sunrise results will be in long before any significant dilution will occur from the newly authorizes share. So, for all practical purposes, the add'l shares are of little importance.

For illustrative purposes: Let's say we are successful in PHIII and a buyout offer comes in at $15B. What is the difference in our PPS with 500M OS and 325M OS? The difference is $161/share x your holdings. We still have enough $$ on hand and a 50M shelf to fund thru the PHIII. If we are all believing that is the true catalyst why on earth would we want to add such a significant risk to the ROI?
