So, you have product being distributed....what is the company's share structure that is the underlying support for the share pricing of the company? Is the unaudited factually correct or have billions of shares been issued, provided to private investors in the form of convertible notes and are there far more Authorized and Outstanding shares than depicted in the unofficial 'unaudited financial' statement previously posted on OTCMarkets.com? You know the CEO has the authority to expand the AS to 20 billion (or whatever larger number) if he so wanted under 'supervoting' rights (based on amount of preferred shares owned), without even calling for a shareholder/vote meeting, and just based on the presence of a 'majority voting shares'. The TA is gagged, so how do you know the current 'lay of the land' in regard to share structure? Seen this a number of times in OTC land.
