Yes...it is a laugh. But nonetheless sometimes companies play that game where they issue a dividend in restricted shares, announce a buyback, then buyback the shares they issued to themselves and retire them. Of course it never gets out whose shares they bought. They say "on the open market" but what they mean is "at current market prices"
All sorts of scams out there. Just wondering if they were playing this scam. Another MJ company is doing it so Talari will likely try it soon also.
