There wouldn't be that much dilution if management wasn't so bad. If we even just had a $1,000,000 market cap they would be issuing 30 million shares for every 100 million the issue now! $3 million in toxic debt to turn to equity when the market cap is $300,000 is just sh!tty for everyone. Steve Gormley is a stupid scammer!

With such sh!tty management, there really aren't any options. They can reverse or not reverse but this will still be no bid in months. Management killed this stock!
