It sounds to me as this supposed talk with Andrew has the smell of dung, no one involved in PR's for a company toss out pps figures and time frames.

But you're post MSEED was very good and shows true DD in a company and their progress.

Behre Dolbear International Ltd. was hired by Franklin, but at Shaws direction. IMHO

My reasoning behind this assumption, is that Behre Dolbear International performs risk analysis of doing business in different countries, and does have experience with Bolivia.

Before Shaw invest funds, they want solid projections and rock solid contracts, with a risk analysis of Boliva and their intent of "Good Faith" in carrying out their portion of the contract.

I'm sure Shaw's biggest worry will be investing and then losing because Bolivia has taken contol of assets.
