Being a former Realtor, I don't believe that the board would hold her responsible for Husbby's actions as she is not a member of his company.
However, her Remax manager might not like the fact that she has been linked to such a person. I suspect that she would be embarrassed if people started calling her asking questions about her husband,perhaps enough to raise hell with him. Just don't expect her to be in anyway responsible for his actions.
