Jadite, I assume there is some cost associated with the task of transferring the CVRs. Knowing that Przybyl runs a very lean ship, I don't believe he would spend the money unless a deal was in place.
As an example, when speaking to Pryzbyl after the merger, he stated that he didn't hire an IR position to save money. Stating he wanted all the money going to generating revenue and that at the time they were not a big enough company to justify the position, so he took on the IR role. I don't believe he has changed his philosophy.
