Mind boggling that anyone would sell at these prices. Back 4-5 years ago a company with this low of an OS, submitting filings, and ready to do a merger would be up over 5 cents. But OTC volume and interest is way down and hence it is where it is. But everything I have heard tells me this is going to be one of the bigger mergers we have seen in quite a while on the OTC.
