You mean the CIVIL CHARGES FILED by the SEC from information they received from THE HALLIN PLAINTIFFS who have failed 13 times trying to sue Treaty before spoon feeding an SEC attorney and editing the complaint to their liking's before it was filed ?

You mean the case where the most important charge was insiders pumping the PPS up by making a fake oil claim find only to sell their shares at the peak ?

Funny that the FBI investigated the major shareholders and found no wrong doing and denied to press criminal charges, even after The SEC begged them to do so.

Proven fact The FBI or any other federal Agency will file criminal charges. Except of course for ICE, the immigration and customs agency responsible for keeping our borders safe and number one responsibility is enforcing immigration laws.

What the SEC case has to do with enforcing immigration laws ? Can someone please explain in detail besides that all Federal Agencies communicate with in. Immigration has nothing to do with this.

I wish we would have had support of the US Attorney’s Office here to file criminal charges at the same time, though perhaps something will be forthcoming in your area now that you have done the heavy lifting.

2:28 PM I’d like nothing better to see (than) criminal authorities involved. The sad truth is that civil action will do nothing to stop career criminals like Blackburn. I think we did manage to make some positive impact though by changing the attorney though.

THERE WAS NO INSIDER SELLING, PROVEN BY THE FBI. No criminal charges will be filed. End of story
