Why would you release news when the financials are not finished. I agree the audit process is ridiculous but it is done or nearly done. And financing may already be in place. The good thing about this is they are planning to move the pps up. All of these guys have skin in the game and they lose everything as well if they can't restructure debt, get financing etc. They have been working on many things and all seem in very good mood in contacts I've had. Only one reason to be in good mood about the future!!!
