ocfn has nothing to lose, the company is a scam, they have no cash, HUGE amount of shares outstanding, billions upon billions, no bid, desperate to do a reverse split, but cant keep the share price high enough to even accomplish that, they are pathetic, management belongs in prison, and the sec should shut this scam down i.m.o.
