The last 10Q quarterly report showed a monthly overhead of $60,000.

So the latest $25K private placement does not even pay for half of the monthly overhead! If you look at the history over the last 4 months when the big pitch for private placements started, it is as clear as day that ALMOST NO ONE IS INTERESTED!
