Everyone knows the assets are worth more than $8 million. Doesn't management and the BOD have a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders?

I think it is important to keep this message on top. I can't wait to hear the outrage when everyone finds out that the new management is still the same as before, and you are left with nothing.

Are any of BPZ's management with Zedd or Zorritos?
