While the share price may continue to fall it continues to erase all the progress the company has made thru the eyes of any new investors. The mission must be getting off the pinks by any means necessary. I'm sure if the company posed the question of using shares or a loan of shares to raise capital there would be no hesitation by it's shareholders. In hindsight it would have be very clever for the board to do this just as they signed and announced their agreement with abbott. It would have been looked upon as a positive and a very ingenious aggressive step forward. It's ironic how management can't figure out how to resolve this dilemma, but they can figure out how to find and cure cancer!
