Absolutely correct.
Ten years of insiders 'feasting' with excessive and unjustifiable non goal performance based salaries and perks, including illegal activities at the company, all at the company and shareholder's expense. Absolutely nothing unfair about that statement.
Add to the above, another ongoing layer of 'feasting' by the toxic financers, the market makers and the hedge funds, all again at the company and shareholder's expense, and we have a beyond laughable and incredibly sorry charade.
Bottom line for me, is while much of this is so common with start-up biotechs in the dire situation Ocata is in, in so many ways it hasn't earned our respect and is not, imo anything approaching a viable high risk biotech investment for one's hard earned dollars.
