LOL - Eco-Safe is nowhere near a "scam"

You keep posting that Eco-Safe is a so-called scam but you've yet to provide a single shred of evidence to back up your allegation. Not one shred.

So, please, share with us what you learned when you did all your "DD".

I went to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch this past Saturday at Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia. While there I had a good conversation with the manager. He is very aware of Eco-safe Systems, and seemed impressed with the technology. Of the five or so locations in the Atlanta metro area, one location already has their unit installed, with his and the others scheduled to get their units. He stated that "It's a little pricey but one incident of food contamination and that cost is nothing!" He explained that Cheesecake's head of sanitation, who has connections and confers with folks at CDC on a range of issues, is the one who pushed to get this company wide installation. Now, my digging tells me this is Kix McGinnis Nystrom who is VP of Kitchen Operations for The Cheesecake Factory: March 1992-present. His duties include kitchen sanitation and his credentials look pretty impressive, if I'm right. I had more questions but the place was slammed and he was busy. I think this is what is called DD and not just some baseless personal opinion. And this ain't no scam there Johnny!
