As a small shareholder - I have read the last 22 messages - and could care less about the Berman Compensation - as paid in options - this is great news for me - when the price goes up of a share - the CEO shares in the appreciation right along with me. For all his hard work over the last few years - taking this firm from a hotel communications package to where the business model is today - we are on the right track. Wish more CEO's just took compensation from OPTIONS - I'll just hold the common shares. IT IS OKAY.
